How to compare assisted reproductive hospitals in Kyrgyzstan? What do you think of the differences in qualifications, laboratories, fees and services?

How to compare assisted reproductive hospitals in Kyrgyzstan? What is really worth seeing is not "ranking"

People who search for "comparison of assisted reproductive hospitals in Kyrgyzstan" usually don't just want to know which hospitals there are in the local area, but enter the real stage of hospital selection: which hospital has clearer qualifications? Does the embryo lab do it by itself? Does the doctor sit for a long time? Where is PGT completed? Will the cost increase continuously in the later period?

Therefore, compared with the assisted reproductive hospitals in Kyrgyzstan, instead of looking for a so-called "hospital ranking table", it is better to understand several problems that really affect the treatment experience and medical decision-making.

Look at the medical subject first, not the propaganda name first.

At present, Kyrgyzstan's assisted reproductive resources are mainly concentrated in Bishkek, the capital, and different institutions may use different names such as "International Reproductive Center", "IVF Center" and "Reproductive Hospital" on Chinese websites.

What really needs to be confirmed is: which medical institution actually implements medical operations such as egg retrieval, embryo culture and transplantation.

When consulting, you can ask the other party to explain the local registered name of the hospital, medical license, doctor's practice information and actual treatment address. If the consulting company, brand name and the final medical subject are not consistent, it is even more necessary to clarify the relationship among them in advance.

This is much more important than simply looking at the decoration, promotional videos or the number of Chinese customer service.

Compared with hospitals, embryo laboratories are often more worth seeing than halls.

In assisted reproductive therapy, ovulation promotion and egg retrieval are only a part of it, followed by sperm treatment, ICSI, embryo culture, cryopreservation and PGT detection needed by some patients.

Therefore, when comparing assisted reproductive hospitals in Kyrgyzstan, we can focus on three questions:

Is embryo culture completed in the hospital? Is the embryologist in charge of the laboratory permanently fixed? Is PGT testing completed in our hospital or sent to a third-party laboratory?

If the hospital can clearly explain the embryo culture, freezing, resuscitation and testing process, it is usually more valuable than a simple "using advanced technology".

The public positioning of Tulip, Tang Reproductive and IRMC is not exactly the same.

As can be seen from the current public website, there have been many assisted reproductive institutions for international patients in Bishkek.

Tulip International Fertility Center's public business involves IVF, PGT, fertility preservation and embryo-related services, and provides Chinese communication channels; Tang reproductive publicity project covers ICSI, PGT, frozen eggs and cross-border medical services; IRMC puts more emphasis on laboratory system, IVF/PGT and international patient treatment process.

But this information is more suitable for understanding the business direction of the organization, and can not directly draw the conclusion of "which has a higher success rate".

When preparing for treatment, we should continue to check the specific doctor, laboratory director, treatment plan, quotation range and my medical indications, instead of just making a decision based on the hospital publicity page.

Why not suggest directly ranking hospitals with "success rate"?

This is the most prone to misjudgment in the comparison of test-tube hospitals in Kyrgyzstan.

The "success rate" mentioned by different hospitals may have completely different statistical objects. Some count the clinical pregnancy rate after transplantation, some count a certain age group, some only count the screened embryos, and some may use accumulated data.

For example, patients under 35 years old and patients over 40 years old may have obvious differences in their own ovarian reserve, oocyte quality and embryo chromosome abnormality risk, and it is of limited significance to directly compare them horizontally with a whole number.

Therefore, when seeing the success rate data, it is more worth asking: which age group is counted? According to the egg retrieval cycle or transplantation cycle? Is it clinical pregnancy rate or live birth rate? Does it include a cancellation cycle?

Asking the statistical caliber clearly is usually more valuable than remembering a percentage alone.

Cost comparison depends on "what is included", not just the total price.

There are many users who search for "test tube fees in Kyrgyzstan", but it is difficult to summarize assisted reproductive therapy with a unified price.

Different patients may be involved in different items such as drugs for promoting ovulation, egg retrieval, anesthesia, ICSI, blastocyst culture, embryo freezing, PGT, transplantation and subsequent preservation.

Therefore, the hospital quotation should be taken apart.

In particular, it is necessary to confirm whether PGT is charged separately, whether the test is calculated according to the number of embryos or batches, how long embryo preservation is included, whether subsequent retransplantation is charged again, and whether the drug fee has been included.

For the seemingly low basic package, if many items belong to follow-up additions, the final expenditure may not be lower.

China patients also have to compare a link that is often overlooked: cross-border collaboration

Overseas visits don't start until you get to the hospital.

Before treatment, it is often necessary to complete AMH, sex hormones, semen analysis, infection screening, ultrasound and other tests in China, and then overseas doctors will judge whether supplementary items are needed.

Therefore, whether a hospital can provide a clear checklist, remote evaluation, Chinese case communication, medication guidance and follow-up after returning is very important for cross-border patients.

In particular, people with advanced age, declining ovarian reserve, repeated transplant failure or risk of genetic diseases should first look at the case handling ability when choosing a hospital, rather than simply looking at the package price.

How should Kyrgyzstan's assisted reproductive hospital be selected?

If you are comparing assisted reproductive institutions in Bishkek, you can put all hospitals in the same list first, and compare only six items: medical qualification, attending doctor, embryo laboratory, PGT testing method, cost boundary and cross-border communication.

The advantage of this is that it can filter out a lot of marketing information.

What is really worth comparing is not "which hospital is better publicized", but which institution can explain its medical subject, laboratory process, doctor arrangement, cost composition and treatment boundary clearly enough.

For assisted reproductive therapy, the scheme that suits you is usually more practical than a simple ranking of test-tube hospitals in Kyrgyzstan.
