Domestic physical examination

Whether you are single or married, you need to undergo a series of basic fertility tests (such as AMH, six hormone tests, semen analysis, etc.) in China. The complete report will be sent to Tulip Reproductive Hospital in Kyrgyzstan, where doctors will conduct a preliminary assessment, confirm medical feasibility, and develop a preliminary plan.

Confirm round-trip airfare, apply for visa entry

1. Purchase round-trip air tickets to Kyrgyzstan Bishkek International Airport in advance, with direct flights to multiple cities such as Beijing, Chengdu, Xi'an, and Urumqi.

2. Apply for an electronic visa for Kyrgyzstan. Required documents: scanned copy of passport, electronic version of 2-inch white background color photo; 1-3 working day visas.

Preparation for flying to Kyrgyzstan

After the customer signs the contract, the dedicated customer service will push the information to the customer for selection;

After the customer arrives in Kyrgyzstan, the medical customer service will sign a contract with the customer;

3. Customers need to make choices within a limited time frame in order to arrange a pregnancy preparation plan.

First trip to Jilin, entering the assisted reproductive cycle

1. Determine the ovulation promotion plan: The egg customer arrives in Kyrgyzstan before menstruation and makes an appointment with a doctor for a face-to-face consultation on the second day of menstruation to determine the ovulation promotion plan. According to each person's physical condition, it takes approximately 9-14 days to promote ejaculation.  

2. Follicle monitoring: Monitor the development of follicles and determine the time for egg retrieval. 3. Painless egg retrieval: After the follicle matures and grows to 18mm-20mm in size, painless egg retrieval under general anesthesia is performed with the assistance of ultrasound. 4. Sperm extraction: Depending on each individual's situation, the entire cycle requires 1-3 sperm extractions.

After sperm and egg retrieval, the customer returns to their home country.

6. Embryo culture: Place the processed eggs and sperm in a culture medium for in vitro fertilization. If the fertilized egg forms and develops normally, transfer it to a culture dish containing growth medium for further cultivation to form a blastocyst.

7. PGT screening: Keep healthy embryos. PGT 5 chromosome screening for all embryos, with the option to upgrade to PGT 24 at one's own expense.

8. Embryo transfer: Healthy embryos screened through PGT will be transferred for further development.

Prenatal check-up

1. Pregnancy test: Urine test for pregnancy 7 days after embryo transfer, HCG blood test report 10-12 days later, and fetal heart rate and fetal bud test, as well as singleton and twin tests, will be performed on a single ultrasound 28 days later.

2. Arrange monthly prenatal check ups according to international pregnancy testing standards, and translate the prenatal test report into Chinese and send it to expectant parents as soon as possible. At 32 weeks of pregnancy, they will be arranged to go to the Tulip Maternity Center, where a dedicated person will take care of their diet, daily life, and prepare nutritious meals.

Go to Ji for the second time, pick up the baby and return to China

1. Book round-trip airfare: Before the baby is born, arrive in Kyrgyzstan (1 month for twins and 10 days for single twins) in advance, and it will take approximately 30-40 days for the baby to complete the procedures for returning to China.

2. Procedure for handling procedures after the birth of the child:

① Birth certificate: After the baby is born, the hospital will issue a birth certificate. Bring the birth certificate, passport translation, and marriage certificate translation together to the relevant department in Kyrgyzstan to obtain the birth certificate, which takes 1-2 days.

② Perform DNA testing: confirm parent-child relationship, report results will take approximately 14 days, urgent 2-5 days.

③ Birth certificate authentication: First, translate the birth certificate, and then go to the Ministry of Justice for authentication, which takes 10-12 days.

④ Embassy application for travel permit: 2 copies of DNA paternity test, 2 copies of birth certificate, 2 translated copies of birth certificate, and 2 3 * 4 size photos of the baby.

⑤ It takes 3-5 days to submit to the Chinese embassy. If the embassy receives the package and provides a receipt, you can purchase a plane ticket and book a return flight for the baby. After completing all the procedures, you can take your baby home!
